November Monthly Wrap-up

November Monthly Wrap-up

So, as expected, I did not really read much in November. I was too busy writing and haven’t written since…

I am now busy with a beta read and a proofread, so I still have no time between that and two kids to read. Speaking of kids though, I think I have finally decided to homeschool my older son next year. Both of my boys are incredibly intelligent and my older son complains school is too easy for him. I know that I can provide what he needs and help him have fun but move at his own pace. If any of you homeschool please get in touch with me! I would love to chat.

Ok, so other things that happened in November. I hit 50K during NaNoWriMo sure, but I also hit 300 followers on my blog and 1K followers on twitter!! Thank you all again so much for your continued support. I am happy to bring you my bookish opinions as well as showcase some indie authors. You might just find a new favorite author here.

I hope that you are all planning for the holidays, by that I mean getting ready to spend time with family. That is what the holidays are really about right? That and bookish gifts.

Well, let’s see what little I did read this month.

Books I have read this month

Due to NaNoWriMo, I am behind on reviews. I will be catching up this month so be sure to watch for that!

I did read more than I initially thought and I have to say that I am impressed.

Books I am currently reading

I would like to have a finished first draft of my novel by the end of the month but I am not sure that will happen. I want to read so much more but I am currently doing a proofread and beta read, so that is taking up a lot of my time. Here is what I am currently reading.

Shadow in the Fox

This is actually an audio book. I never really enjoyed them but the narrators are amazing! I am almost done with this and then I think I will start another.

Well, there is my moth in a nutshell, well in a blog post. Oh, before I foget…I lowered my goodreads reading goal to 75 but I hit it! Next year I think I might push to hit 100! I hope that you all had a great month, filled with reading. I look forward to seeing all of your bookish gifts you all receive or buy yourself!
