Welcome back to Freebie Friday! I am excited to begin this new feature on my blog. I created this to showcase one free e-book each week that I find via Amazon or Barnes & Noble that is free. I would love to find hard copies that are free, but that is unlikely. However, if you are looking for a specific novel, post it on Twitter using #Bookishwish. I know that books are expensive, that is why many are now turning to e-books…well that and the fact that they save space. There are pros and cons to ebooks, find a few here. Today I hope to bring you a novel that you might take a chance on. These books will be free at the time of my post, but because I am unable to see the future, I cannot promise these will stay that way. So, if you like them purchase them as soon as you can.

I did have a great epic fantasy novel with dragons planned for today, but it sadly is no longer free. So, I decided to find a young adult novel, as requested by a viewer. This one initially caught my attention because of the contrasting eye color to the dark background. I mean look at them. No…really look! Those glowing eyes burn right into your soul. Upon reading the description, I knew I had to spread the word. Who doesn’t like a good vampire novel, I know I do. But in all honesty, I have not read Twilight because I tend to shy away from sparkling vampires. I did love the House of Night series though.

Unfortunately, those are each$4.99. But honestly, $5 for a book is not bad. I will admit some e-book prices are outrageous, almost the same as a hard copy.

The novel I was going to showcase is Dragon Storm (Heritage of Power #1) written by Lindsay Buroker. It is now $0.99 as an e-book, so still a great deal but it did not go with my Freebie Friday. If you’d like to read more about it you can find it here: Amazon, Goodreads
